I have what I believe are rice paper stamps from North Korea. They were cut out of sheets many years ago and have been in a glass sleeve for thirty years. I would like to learn about their history, value, and if the story about them coming out of a tunnel in North Korea is true. Are they legal?

I have a cedar chest that I can't identify the maker of. It has a brass lock with 'Corbins' and a handwritten date '12/18/31'. The chest is pre-1930, in great condition except for missing one wheel, and is about 48 inches long and 24 inches wide. It also has wood handles and was owned by a WWII soldier. What can you tell me about its origin and value?
