I am seeking the estimated value of a handmade antique desk purchased in Ventura Beach, CA for $1000. The desk is made of cherry wood, attractive, sturdy, and constructed using tongue and groove, pegs, with almost no metal hardware. Can you suggest a good place to list it for sale in Southern California, where shipping would be difficult?

I purchased a chamber pot with a number written on a piece of paper and a stamp on the bottom. The pot has Koi fish on the inside walls and flowers painted from the bottom edge to the rim on the outside. I also have two other items: a tall cylinder and a bottle with a cork, both with a lot of writing that appear to be from Japan. How can I determine the age and value of these items?
