I bought a large 'Oriental' vase at a garage sale about 20 years ago. I'm wondering if it is just a decorative piece or if there could be more of a story and value to it. The vase is approximately 16 inches tall, 4.5 inches at the base, 2 inches at the opening, and 6 inches in diameter at its widest part.

I have a 3-drawer birds eye maple dresser with a silver-backed mirror. I cannot find a dealer label other than a torn paper with blue edging. There is no serial number, but there are some marks on the back of the drawers. The age is unknown, but it was inherited from my mother, who got it from her parents. I believe it might be from the 1920s or 1930s. What can you tell me about its value and how can I sell it?
