I bought a painting at a storage unit sale. The unit belonged to a wealthy real estate developer who was attempting a development on the Nevada / California border. Upon the discovery of an endangered species, the development fell through and a year later the developer died. The painting is of sailing ships anchored in a harbor. The painting is signed John Clymer. It is approximately 24" X 30" and seems to be in pristine condition. Do you have any guess as to its value?

My 90-year-old aunt recently passed away and left a picture of 'Sylvette' by Pablo Picasso. The back of the picture says 'Sylvette by Pablo Picasso - private collection - New York Gallery' and lists the year 1954. We are unsure if it is an original painting, a watercolor, or a print. The painting has been hanging on her wall since I was a child, and she had connections with artists in New York and around the world. What can we do to determine if it is an original or a print, and what is its potential value?

I have a 24" circular blue charger, probably from China, with a painted catfish design that has an oriental look. It was purchased many years ago, and I don't know any background about it. There are no apparent signatures or numbers on the front or back of the charger. What can you tell me about it?
