I have a 1983 Commonwealth Collection stamp collection in binder #2. It was purchased by my father and has been sitting on our bookshelf since then. The certificate of authenticity is 04617. The collection is in immaculate condition and has likely been opened only a few times since purchase. I would like to know its value and the best way to sell it. Is there any additional information needed?

I need to know how much a bronze horse and rider sculpture called 'Jockey' by Bonheur is worth. It is 28 inches tall and 29 inches long. I have pictures but cannot find a way to send them. It is too heavy to carry to a shop for appraisal. The sculpture has an engraved name on the bottom 'Bonheur'.
