I just purchased a porcelain serving platter from a street fair in Portugal. The only marking I can find is a signature H. Weil and has a #1.1900. The platter is hand painted with 4 cherubs in the forest, playing instruments. It has a scalloped edge in burgundy with gold outer ring and lines. The size is approximately 15" X 11". I would love to know the value if possible.

I have several collectable items that I would like to have valued and possibly sell. The items include an 1800s lady's razor with blades still in the original tin and wrappers in mint condition, a silver 'Lord Baden Powell' fleur-de-lis badge with an original photo of the scouts, old war postcards, and an 1800s memorial brooch made of pinchbeck and alloy with real pearls, French black jet glass, and hair plaited in the back. How can I sell these items and ensure I am getting a good price?
