I am trying to get a value on an original oil painting from 1974 titled "Millarville" by Mannie Gonsalves. The painting has a gallery sticker on the back with the title and artist name, is in excellent condition with only minor frame marks, and was purchased as a gift for my mom when she moved jobs.
