I found some hand-painted china coffee/tea cups with a dogwood pattern, signed by Renie Wimer 66. There are 8 saucers, cups, and a tureen or serving bowl. The china belonged to my grandmother and may have come from my great-grandmother, making it circa 1890s. What is the value of this china, and how can I sell it?

I am trying to find the value of my antique stem glasses. The glasses have a ruby glass top, an unusual stem, a glass ball with diamond cuts, and a smaller ball underneath. They are 4 inches tall and about 2 3/4 inches across. I know they are over 50 years old and I have 14 of them. What is their value and how can I sell them?
