I have several old maps that I inherited 13 years ago and want to sell them to clear my garage. The maps are over 100 years old and include various locations such as Patagonia, Argentina, Falkland Islands, and South America. I am unsure of their value and how to sell them. Can you provide any guidance on this?

I have a first edition, 12th impression copy of The Fellowship of the Ring, a 1st edition, 9th impression of both The Two Towers and The Return of the King, all with maps still attached but no dust covers, and a 1977 edition of The Silmarillion by the Book Club Associates by Clawes and Sons. How much should I insure them for or are they worth much?
