I have a tray with a back stamp 'Made in Italy' that I purchased at an estate sale. It appears to be some type of composite material and is about 15 1/2 inches across. Have you seen one like this before? Would you know the maker and estimate of value in CAD?

I am looking for an appraisal for a 2010 signed Leon Hushcha 'Cat' acrylic on wood piece and an R.C. Gorman piece. The R.C. Gorman piece is attached to a small colored reprint.
