Can someone please help me identify this piece of art? It is entitled, "Patterns in the Wind". I am unable to decipher the signature. It does not appear to be a regular print but might be a wood block. There is no dot matrix to the art. There is an impression into the paper around the periphery of the artwork and some of the paint or ink has been drawn into it. One color, gray-green, may have been off-centered. There is ever so slight waviness to the paper. I apologize for not having higher resolution images to send you. Thank you for your help.

I have a German porcelain beer stein from my great grandmother. It features a mother nursing twin babies on the lid with additional sculpture around the stein. The symbols on the bottom are unique.
