I just bought a model 1615 movement 122 dial Cl. Colonial Mfg. clock. I wound it with a key and tipped the pendulum, but it's not working. Should I call a clock repair person, and is there anything else I need to do to make it work?

I have what I think is some kind of lot title. It says 'Res & Stock of Humphrey Snell & Sons, Con. 7, lot 27 Hullett Tp. Ont.' It has a picture of a husband and wife, a drawing of the farm, and cows and sheep with names. It was given to me from my uncle who got it from my great-grandmother. What is this document and what is its value?
