I have a California landscape painting by Marion Kavanaugh Wachtel, titled 'Path Beneath the Trees'. It has been in our basement for decades, and I got it from my mother-in-law's antique shop in Houston 35 years ago. The back of the painting has numbers (3260) but no other information. The painting has a clear signature in the bottom left corner and small marks in the bottom right. How can I determine if it is an original or a print, and how can I get an appraisal?

I have a set of vintage ceramic kitchen canisters. I have a set of 4, and I’m trying to find out who the maker was and if they have any value. The canisters are in perfect condition with no cracks or chips, and I’m guessing they are from the 60’s. The largest 3 are blank on the bottom, but the smallest one has 'CALIF, USA' written by hand in the pottery.
