I have a clock I would like to get an estimate for. It is a reimagined, around 18 1/2 inch (overall length) clock, with a swinging heart pendulum, and that plays 4 different types of chimes (including Ave Maria). Is it a pendulum (mechanics clock) or is it battery powered? It’s made of wrought iron.

I found a cast metal Bradley & Hubbard easel frame with a very old, brittle, soiled, and faded picture of the Madonna with baby Jesus. How can I find the value and clean it? The frame is marked B&H and has the number 3576 on the back.
