I have a complete set of old china with 24K gold rims, light green edges, and a Regency-era couple painted in the middle of each piece. The markings on the back include 'VICTORIA' above a crown, 'Czechoslovakia', 'Hand Dec.', '24 Karat Gold'. The pieces include 18 dinner plates, 18 salad plates, 18 dessert plates, 17 bread plates, 18 fruit bowls, 17 footed coffee cups, 18 saucers, 18 2-handle soup bowls on stem, 18 saucers for soup bowls, 1 large oval platter, 1 small oval platter, 1 small oval relish plate, 1 round soup tureen with lid, 1 oval vegetable bowl, 1 handled gravy boat attached to an oval underplate, 1 round butter plate with drainage liner and domed lid, 1 creamer, 1 sugar bowl with lid, 1 Coffee Pot, and 12 sets of individual salt & pepper shakers. Where would be the best way to determine the value and also if there might be a way to sell it?
