I have an original watercolor painting by Cyril Arthur Farey (1888 - 1954) of the interior perspective of Winthrop Hall at the University of Western Australia. It is approximately 42cm x 49cm and includes his name and 'Del 1930'. The painting also features a shadow reflection, which is characteristic of his work. The piece was donated to the university by the nephew of the Winthrop Hall architect Rodney Alsop. What is the value of this painting?

I have a 4 3/8 inch X 6 3/8 inch titled "Head" linen background signed by S.M. Adler with '53' and M107 on top of the picture. It is in excellent condition and was received from an elderly lady who did PR work for artists during that time frame. What is the value of this item?
