I have a signed print by Fred A. Schmidt of City Park in Berlin, Wisconsin. It is in perfect condition, framed and matted, and was custom framed by Feasel Paint and Glass in Florida. I am taking it to auction but have no idea what it's worth. What is the estimated value of this print?

I have two punch bowls to sell. The first one is about 85 years old, crystal with a pedestal and 20 cups, featuring grape designs. I have a rock that I need identified. It was found in my backyard in Joshua Tree, CA, on the surface. The previous homeowner lived in Hawaii and Alaska, and there are some personal rocks left in the front. The rock is not magnetic but very heavy. I also have other rocks, some of which are magnetic. Can you help identify these rocks?
