I have a large mounted and framed 1930s photo. It has some wear and interesting content, including a handwritten note on the back indicating it was mounted in 1934 by a company with a hard-to-read name. The photo appears to be of a European bar interior with Dutch waitress outfits and possibly a menu in Dutch. There's also an NRA eagle on the menu. What is the worth and history of this item?
