I have a guy trying to sell a Chase Organ No. 12620. It is not in working order, but the case looks good. I am considering buying it more as a piece of furniture for my Western style patio, and working condition is not important to me. What should I offer him for it?

I cannot find my mark on a piece of pottery anywhere. My grandmother got it at a moving/storage place when I was young. I'm 65 now. It is about 9 inches tall and 12 inches wide. Would love to decipher the mark. Looks like Eliuiea? There is also #2789 and two straight blue marks side by side.

I have a complete 8-piece set of Alfred Meakin England Kingsdale 18k solid gold, including a serving tray, gravy bowl, cream and sugar set, serving bowl, dinner plates, salad plates, soup bowls, tea cups and saucers, and small bowls. I'm not sure of the age, but I estimate it to be at least 50 years old. There are no chips or scratches. What is the approximate value of this set?
