I have a Keith Namatjira watercolor on paper board, 25x34.5cm, which has been in a family's possession since purchase. I would like to have it appraised and valued. The painting is in its original frame, in very good condition, and estimated to be from the late 1950s to mid-1960s. There is no certificate of authenticity, but it has initials and the number 96 on the back, and a signature on the lower right-hand side of the painting. The previous owner is deceased, and the family could not provide clear details of where or when it was purchased. Is there anything else the appraiser should know?
