I have a one-of-a-kind Robert W Hilty watercolor painted in 1981. It is in excellent condition and has personal provenance from meeting the artist at an art show in 1981. I lost the certificate of authenticity years ago. What is the value of this original watercolor?

My brother's house was broken into, and among the stolen items was a suitcase containing my grandmother's monogramed set of Gorham Cellini sterling silver, purchased as a wedding gift in 1917. The set includes a service for eight: dinner fork, place knife, place (soup) spoon, salad (dessert) fork, teaspoon, cocktail fork, iced tea spoon, and individual butter knife, along with several serving pieces. The police need an estimate of the set's value. Can you help?

I have a strange painting signed Eklund. It's a landscape done in Sepia tones, painted, not a photo, and in an original oak frame. It hung in my grandmother's hallway from the early 50's. When I Google the name, only younger artists come up. Can you shed any light on this? Should I dispose of it, and if so, what is its value?
