I have a painting, approximately 28" x 36", with some chips in the paint, including part of the signature missing. It is signed "Lavarov" in the lower right corner. The painting was my grandparents', who were born in the 1910s, but I'm unsure of the exact age of the painting. What can you tell me about its value and potential restoration?

I bought a set of painted plates from a yard sale. They were the mother-in-law's plates and date from 1865 to 1965. I have all the documents that go with each plate, including 7 authentication papers for 12 plates. Each plate has its own authentication. What is the value of these plates?
