I have a painting by Margaret Dovaston titled 'The One That Got Away'. The painting has a lot of dust on it, and the wood frame is not in good condition. I don't want to clean it myself. What is the painting's condition, age, and value, and how should I clean it without damaging it?

I have a Browning 22 long rifle made in Belgium. It comes apart into two pieces, plus the rod comes out of the butt, and you can load the bullets in the side of the stock. I think it's a 62, 63, or 64 model, not sure. It has some etching on it. I found it for $1000 and up. What do you think it's worth?
