I have a Palissy pottery tea cup and saucer with a back mark that says 'Palissy Pottery England eat. 1853 with a face'. The pottery is in very good condition with no chips or cracks, but there is crazing in the glaze. What is the value and condition of this pottery, and is there a way to remove the crazing?

I have a piece I'd like appraised. I'm hoping for crystal, but afraid it's glass. There is an inscription with what looks like a numbered limited series maybe. The piece is 6 inches tall, 5.5 inches wide, and 2 inches wide on the base. I can't really make out the inscription.
