I have a picture signed by XXXXX XXXXX in the lower right-hand corner of an old man by the sea with three little girls. It is in a gold frame with 3 mats, and the picture itself is 20 x 14. The back of the picture has brown paper glued to the frame with a phone number and 'VANGUARD STUDIOS PANORAMA City, CA 91402'. Can you tell me the value?

I have an old painting of a battle scene from the Franco-Prussian War. The painting has a tear in the sky part near the top. The artist's name and the year 1907 appear at the bottom, and the name of the battle and the year 1870 are also mentioned. The painting features lots of horses, soldiers, cannons, etc., and is about 3 feet by 2 feet, definitely well done. What can you tell me about this painting?

I am looking for information on two artist's works. The first is a picture by Thos B. Craig A.N.A. dated 1904 with a copyright by the Ullman MFG CO New York. The second is a work by ***** ***** Chicago titled The Day is Done, copyrighted 1906 and numbered 4207. Both are in original frames. Any information or advice on where to look would be appreciated.
