I have a piece of artwork with a signature by artist Le Ba Dang in a Kulick frame. I don't know much about its history other than possibly acquiring it from a second-hand store. How can I determine its value and the best way to sell it?

I have a white vase, 8" high, with a 3 1/2" opening and base diameter, decorated with finely woven and wrapped brown wicker. It was my great grandmother's and has no markings on the base, except for scratched initials 'PM'. I'm thinking it might be from the 1920s. What is it made of, and what is its value?

The Repousse set serves 16 with 7 pieces per person, including 16 serving pieces, a 3-piece carving set, 2-2-piece salad servers, 2 cake servers, a pie server, and a berry server.
