I have some old sterling silver buttons. Can you help me identify their origin, value, and any historical significance? The buttons are marked with various symbols, but there is no mention of 'sterling' or '.925'. My mom drew out the marks she saw for each button, which include the amount of silver and possibly the duty charged and the place where they came from.
