I have a red Royal Dalton cat with flambé marks and an 'X' indicating it's a factory second. There is also a small chip on the ear. Can you tell me about this and its value?

I have a round heavy glass sun-catcher with a picture of roses titled ROSA DAMASCENA CELSIANA, which I believe is a copy of a print by Pierre Joseph Redouté. The inner seal has moved, causing slight damage. I have searched through hundreds of photos but can't find any references to sun-catchers made as copies of his work. Can you provide information on its age and value, even considering the slight damage?

I have an 1812 land warrant signed by our 14th president Franklin Pierce. The dimensions are 23"X19". I have a Kent Coffey Simplicite line chest of drawers and dresser that I'm trying to price. The set was originally purchased in the early 60's by my grandparents, has never been refinished, and is in great condition other than a minor water stain on the dresser. I have pictures I can send.
