I have a secretary top that looks like it might be from Theodore Alexander. It stands about 4 1/2 feet tall and is very heavy, estimated at 150 lbs. It appears to be made of burlwood with various storage places and secret compartments. I would like to know if it is old, its worth, and what kind of base I could set it on to display it. I plan to sell it.
