I have Indian Tree pieces with markings such as 'England Coalport AD 1750' and 'Original Engraving "Indian Tree" Period 1801 Coalport Bone China Made in England AD 1750'. These are multicolored and include a 12" platter, an open sugar, a creamer, a cake plate, and a small platter, all in pristine condition. Is there a difference in value between them due to the markings on the backs of the pieces?

I have a unique signed antique swag lamp with a mid-century/modern art vibe. I can't read the signature, but it might be Italian. The lamp needs cleaning, and the chain has unique links. I called an antique appraiser who said it wasn't valuable but offered to buy it for $100. I started cleaning the lamp, and some paint came off, which I think affects its value.
