I found a document that appears to be a deed or permit to transfer land/buildings for an asylum in Alabama, addressed to President James Monroe. The document is several hundred pages long and has an odd paper size, similar to a stenographer's pad. I would like to know if it has any value, particularly if it is signed or sealed by the President.
