I have a set of Fairfield china that belonged to my grandma. It has a white lace design and silver rims, with the bottom stamped 'Fairfield'. The china is in perfect condition, with all pieces present, a place setting for 12, and no chips or scratches. How can I determine its value?

I have a painting with a 'Glendale N.Y. Anco Bilt' rubber stamp and the 'Is Well Built' slogan. The painting is signed by Alden L. Steck, but the style doesn't match his usual work. I'm trying to determine the general time period that this rubber stamp was used to verify if the painting was made around the time Alden L. Steck was working (1930s-1960s). The 'Anco Bilt' logo was first registered in 1955 and discontinued in the late-90s. What can you tell me about the rubber stamp and the painting's authenticity and value?
