I have a Thomas Locker painting to sell or donate to a museum and have no idea of its value. Locker did several landscape works of NW.Illinois. My parents bought this original from him as he lived here for several years before moving. Puffy clouds, limestone walls, and a forest that border the Mississippi river make up this 36w x 30l painting. Is there anything else the Antiques Appraiser should be aware of?

I found a Rolex Cellini watch with a rectangular gold face, three diamonds at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock, a gold herringbone band, and about 1 inch in width. I'm unsure if it's authentic and what its estimated appraised value might be. The band appears to be gold-tone rather than solid gold.
