I have a small assortment of silver pieces from an aunt who passed years ago, including candlesticks, salt and pepper shakers, a gravy boat and baseplate, spoons, a knife, forks, and a platter. The pieces are marked with various makers' marks such as 'Sterling Arrowsmith Weighted,' 'Silhquette 1847 Rogers Bros,' 'Pat. Nov 29 1910 Wm Rogers & Son AA,' and 'Wm Rogers 162.' I'm interested in the overall value and if these companies were ever known to provide silver for US Navy ships.
