I have a Thomas Seir Cummings miniature from 1828. It is in original condition and has been in my family the entire time. It is small, about 3 inches high by 2.5 inches wide, and in its original metal frame. A pencil signature with date is on the back. Is this worth getting it appraised?

I'm looking to get my ashtray appraised. I don't know how old it is, but it's in good condition. Is there anything else important the Antiques Appraiser should know?

This is a “story book” doll that is missing both arms. Eyes are painted on. Is this worth anything in its present condition?

I have a set of 12 "ice cream dishes and plates" stamped B.S.M. Fluted, gold-trimmed edges. Pink and grey flowery pattern. What is their worth, information about the manufacturer, and pattern? The dishes are in very good condition with some wear on the gold trim, possibly from the late 19th century.

Can I get an idea of what a vintage Silvestri Brothers lamp is worth? The lamp is in fair condition and has a maker's mark on the back that says 'Silvestri Bros. Patent pending.'

I have an antique Hoosier cabinet, white with a black and white agate top, in fair condition. The flour sifter is missing. I'm trying to decide whether to sell or discard it. I don't know if it has a maker's mark or serial number, and I estimate it to be at least 80 years old. What should I do?
