I have a very old Chinese or Japanese hand-held paper fan suspected to be over 100 years old. The condition is excellent except for a small broken piece on the pivot. I have pictures of the fan showing the broken piece. What is the origin, condition, and estimated value of this fan?

I have an Aladdin Model B Green oil lamp with a green and white glass shade. The printing on the wick handle indicates it was made by Mantle Lamp Co. Nu-Type Model B Aladdin Patents Pending Made in U.S.A. Chicago, ILL. The lamp is in good condition with no chips and is very readable. What is the age and value of this lamp?
