I have a very old Nanny/Mammy Rocker from the mid-1800s in excellent condition with detailed but faded paint, the original gate that can switch to either side of the bench, and trimmed in faded gold. Where do I start to get it appraised and where would I best market the sale of this piece?

I have a set of Vintage Eggshell Georgian Red Gold Foil China by Homer Laughlin. It is missing some pieces.
