I have a vintage Singer Manufacturing Company sewing machine with a serial number 7182370 and a gold seal on the stitching arm. What is the potential value of this sewing machine, and what are the best ways to sell it?

I found a nicely patinaed plaque, which I think is bronze, at a local yard sale. It is 11" x 7", has 2 hooks attached, and weighs a little over 2.5 pounds. I'm curious about its age and value.

I have a cobalt blue with silver overlay large vase, 10 inches tall and 7 1/2 inches wide. I'm looking to find out when it's from and its approximate value.
