I have a leather book bag with Dale Evans Queen of the West on it. The buckles and straps are functional, but the leather is getting hard and there is cracking around the seams. I can't find anything similar to determine its worth. Do you know how old the book bag is and what its value might be?

I would like an eBay listing for a piece of art appraised. The piece is a 1985-ish art print in very good condition with unique markings or symbols. Is there any sense in purchasing this at a higher level in hopes that it appreciates, especially given the opportunity to purchase for $2000?
