I have a wonderful basket that appears to be handwoven with red and green colors. It measures approximately 14 inches high and 14 1/2 inches round, including the handle. It has some age to it but is in wonderful shape. Can you provide an appraisal of its value?

I have a 2004 federal reserve note 50.00 bill that only has silver 999999 and L12 on the front. It feels heavy and is in a plastic folder, but is real thick. In one corner, it has an H2, and in the other top corner, it says gold 999. Is this real?
