I have about 30 paintings from a storage unit that appear to be from the early 1900s. They have some signatures and are in great condition as they were wrapped in bubble wrap. Some research indicates they were painted by Julia Beich Bay, the granddaughter of Paul Frank Beich, founder of Beich candy company. What is the value and condition of these paintings, and should I seek a professional appraisal?
