I have a Ridgway 10" pudding plate. It is semi-porcelain with the pattern 'Olga'. The back mark shows a dark blue number ***** and the number 2 below the Ridgway trade mark. The number indentation is 11 with 00 below it. The plate has no chips or cracks but has glaze marks. What is the date and value of this plate?

I found various items in the back of a barn, including a pair of garden pruners by COUTARET, THIERS, a cake slice with small marks, another pair of garden pruners with no name or ID marks, a candle snuffer, a pair of sewing scissors with hare-shaped handles, and a small knife.
