I have a Natural Aquamarine Hand Made 925 Silver Pendant. I would like to know its resale value and descriptive information. The pendant features a natural aquamarine from Pakistan, weighs 12.8 carats, and is made of 925 silver. The dimensions are 18.5 x 8.1 x 6.2 mm. Additionally, it is not marked with 925, which I would like explained.

We have a set of old concrete chairs. The family we got them from said they have had them for a very long time. Any idea of age or if any value at all? They look like they belong in an episode of Jetsons.
