At birth, I was sent a teddy bear with articulated limbs, made of burlap from Germany. I am now 74 years old and would like to know if it has value. It has no buttons in the ears and was told that Germans saved fur for soldiers' clothes during the war. I will be sending pictures of the bear soon.

The outside features transfers or paintings of two ships (sailing), one named "Flying Cloud" and the other "Three Brothers", along with two poems called "The Sailor's Tear". Inside, there is a picture or crest of "The Shipwright Arms". The overall color is a mottled rose, and there are no visible trade or manufacturing marks except a small "M".
