I have a Reed & Barton silver soldered tea pot with the numbers '09-H' and '1P' on the bottom, and it has the St. Francis pattern with laurel leaves and the initials 'SF' engraved on one side. I believe it might have been made between 1800 and 1850, possibly around 1820. What can you tell me about its age, condition, and value?

I inherited a Victorian antique plant stand and would like to know more about it. It is made of iron or bronze (not sure since it has been painted), has a marble top, claw feet, and measures 13" square for the top, 7.5" square for the marble, and 29" from the floor to the top of the metal part (not including the marble).
