I have a gold man's pocket watch with a beautifully engraved cover, missing crystal but with both hands intact. It belonged to my grandfather who was a railroad man. The watch is an Elgin, and I grew up where we lived. I found the serial number but no K rating, so I think it's probably gold-filled. Can you provide any information about its value and history?
