I have another item. What is the value and where can I sell it?

I submitted photos of three different antique items a couple of days ago but have not received a response yet. Can someone please review and respond back to my questions? The items include a tricycle believed to be from the early 1900s, a carousel horse purchased in 1977 for $1,200 from an antique store in Sacramento, CA, and a hand-painted desk and chair created by a well-known artist in California named John Johanssen who lived in Amador County before passing away a few years ago. All items are in very good to excellent condition.

The painting is titled 'No 2126 the scene of Bougival Claude Monet (French 1840-1926)' and is in a frame that is taped shut, preventing inspection of the back. What can be determined about its authenticity and value without opening the frame?

I found the maker's mark and have information about the store's history. What is the value of this set and how can I best sell it?
