I have a watercolor painting signed 'Pricilla' with the rest of the signature unclear. The back of the frame has another unfinished painting with a reminder written at the bottom, and the paper is embossed with an 'A' in the corner. I have a hand-crafted walking cane from the turn of the 20th century, which was my grandfather's. It features a wooden shaft core sleeved with 3/4” high silver and brass rings, each with a signature in the style of the individual’s hand. The cane is topped with a silver hounds head sculpture, and the eyes were originally diamonds that were removed by Nazis when my grandmother was leaving Estonia. What is the value of this cane, and what steps can I take to potentially increase its value?
