I have a painting that has been in my husband's family for almost 50 years. It is signed by the artist and numbered, with the signature appearing as 'Ortega' with spaces between the letters. Is this an artist anyone is familiar with?

I have an antique cast iron fence in my yard that I am considering replacing. I would like to know what a good price would be and where locally to sell it. The fence is in fair condition with some broken pieces, consists of 17 posts and about 15 sections, most of which are about 8 ft long, and includes 2 rusty gates. The fence was made by the Russell Foundry in the 1800s and was moved from the Belleville Cemetery to my house in Newburyport around 1970. I have photos from the day it was moved, but no other written documentation.

The dresser, chest, and nightstand have custom cut glass tops. I am unsure where to sell this set or its current value. Is there anything else important the Antiques Appraiser should know?
