I have an old book, 'The Joy of Cooking' by Irma Rombauer, from 1943. The spine has been repaired with tape on the outside and has separated from the pages inside. It looks like normal wear otherwise, but it is signed. Can you estimate its value?

Could you value this art? I have two pieces: one is a 24x14 print by Leroy Neiman and the other is a 21x17 matador print by Jack Amoroso. Both signatures appear to be part of the printed image. Additionally, there is a signature on the back of the Neiman print that I am unsure about.
